Social Monkey grants you a limited license to access and use the website for the purpose of registering for events. This license does not include:

Refund policies are specific to each event and will be communicated at the time of registration or as updated in event details.

Some events may have age restrictions or eligibility requirements. By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria for the event. Social Monkey reserves the right to deny entry or request additional verification.

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Social Monkey reserves the right to refuse entry or expel any person from an event at its sole discretion.

Social Monkey may photograph or record events for promotional, marketing, or documentation purposes. By registering and attending events, you consent to being photographed or recorded.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform staff at the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

You grant Social Monkey the non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use photographs or recordings containing your image or likeness for marketing, promotional, educational, or other lawful purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter created.

The materials on the Social Monkey website are provided on an 'as-is' basis. Social Monkey makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Social Monkey does not guarantee the performance, conduct, or behavior of participants, artists, or collaborators at events. We do not warrant that events will meet your expectations or that any performances will be error-free.

In no event shall Social Monkey or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Social Monkey website.

Social Monkey shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from or related to third-party venues, vendors, artists, or participants at events.

When you submit the registration form, you provide personal information including name, email, phone number, and other details requested. This information is collected solely for event registration and communication purposes.

Your form submission data is stored securely and retained for the duration necessary to manage event registration and provide you with event-related communications.

We do not share your form data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or to facilitate event logistics with venue partners.

By submitting the registration form, you consent to receive emails from Social Monkey regarding the event, including confirmations, updates, and cancellations.

You may opt-out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Social Monkey and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the website or attendance at events.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
